Since joining the London Ambulance Service in 2013, I’ve built my career on helping people in critical moments. I qualified as a paramedic in 2017 and continue to serve on the front line today. Alongside this, I’ve gained a Level 3 Personal Training Diplomas and am now specialise in stroke recovery, working with clients to overcome long-term health challenges and regain control of their lives, as a medical fitness specialist.
My approach is simple: no two people are the same, so no two training plans should be either.
Working on the front line has shaped how I see health—not just fitness, but the bigger picture. I specialise in helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence in a way that supports their long-term wellbeing, particularly for those living with or recovering from health conditions.
This isn’t about extremes or quick wins—it’s about sustainable progress, tailored to you.
Through tailored exercise programmes, I focus on improving balance, coordination, and functional movement in a safe and supportive environment. My approach is guided by an understanding of neurological recovery, ensuring each session is adapted to your unique needs, abilities, and pace. Whether you’re at the early stages of recovery or looking to regain independence long-term.
I am currently training to specialise in supporting individuals with long-term health conditions, with a focus on safe, effective, and personalised exercise. My approach centres on understanding each client’s unique needs, helping to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing while working within any medical considerations. As I continue to develop my expertise, I am committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where clients can build confidence and take positive steps towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
I currently offer a mobile personal training service within 15 miles of Chertsey, tailoring sessions to your own personal goals and preferences. All equipment provided. (further than 15 miles is offered at an additional cost dependant on distance).
With a background as a qualified paramedic and expertise in nutrition, I bring a broad and practical understanding of health, wellbeing, and the role of balanced eating in supporting the body. I use this knowledge to guide clients towards sustainable, realistic nutrition habits that complement their fitness goals and overall lifestyle. My approach focuses on simple, evidence-based strategies that promote long-term health, energy, and performance rather than short-term fixes.
If it's inspiration you need, i offer personalised training programmes tailored to you
I also specialise in supporting lasting health change. I offer a truly personalised approach to online coaching, with 12-week programmes designed for fat loss, and lifestyle change. Each plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current ability, including a customised calorie target and structured training programme. With 24/7 accountability and ongoing support, I’ll help you stay consistent, build confidence, and achieve results that last.
